Idea from me:
I’ve found that the ideas that I preemptively talk about the least are the ones I actually end up following thru on. Spending time telling people about, “this project that I’m working on,” could be time spent working on said project. When it comes down to it, it’s learning to let the work speak for itself.
Quote from another:
Garfield creator Jim Davis on the power of imagination:
“An imagination is a powerful tool. It can tint memories of the past, shade perceptions of the present, or paint a future so vivid that it can entice... or terrify, all depending upon how we conduct ourselves today. It's amazing what one can accomplish when one doesn't know what one can't do.”
Prompt for you:
What’s a project that you’ve been talking about wanting to do for a long time? How can you start it today?
