Idea from me:

The inner critic, ego and comparison are three of the biggest enemies of creativity. Here are simple reminders for when these inevitably come up:

Inner critic: it’s okay (and necessary) to make mistakes.

Ego: it’s okay (and necessary) for it to not be perfect.

Comparison: it’s okay (and necessary) to go at your own speed.

Prompt for you:

Go analogue and cut out the digital components of your craft. Spend at least 15 minutes creating while your phone, laptop, etc. are in another room.
